  Under new management- Hilarious! We were not happy here for very obvious reasons. Despite paying $135 to spend a night here surrounded by such filth: bathroom had offensive smell coming up from the drains, shower drain was clogged and filthy, shower mat was mouldy, hoses and shower heads were also putrid, sink tap spout had toothpaste spit from previous guest, and was on the mirrors too! Forget about having a coffee. The jug was putrid. We weren't even game to open and check inside it. When we complained, we were offered a full refund but only received $115 instead of the $135 we paid so as NOT to share our very poor experience and photos in our review. I guess management should not have short changed us for the horror stay when they promised a full refund. $115 out of $135 isn't a full refund. Perhaps mathematics is another fail in addition to the poor hygienic cleaning and hospitality practices at this establishment. Hot breakfast was served on cold plates which made the breakfast cold on arrival. Such a pity. Here's hoping this hotel from hell pulls up its socks and raises its standards in the future.
